I am a passionate person in pursuit of art. I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sibling and a friend dedicated to building upon what I have been taught, what I think I know, what I presume to know. I want to continue to be stunned by the world around me and remain knocked off my feet each time I encounter a new work of art or artists. I hope to always feel a bit of imposter syndrome so that I will continually be open to learn from others.

As a photography enthusiast for me it is about capturing a moment with my lens. It is also about being open to a new perspective and interpretation of my surroundings. Whether or not a subject matter reaches a canvas or the brush reaches a print depends on how a photographed moment penetrated my heart. Sometimes it is based on simple matters of light and shadow and other times it is based on a deeper level of emotion.
